Terms & Condition for "Win a VIVO Smartphone" activity
· ELIGIBILITY: This Giveaway is open to all public. One IC and Passport number is entitled to participate once only. Employees and their immediate family members of Oriental Daily Sdn Bhd and Instant Tradeshows & Exhibitions Sdn Bhd are not eligible to participate.
· HOW TO ENTER: This Giveaway begins on 19th Jan 2015 (12:00pm) and ends on 25th Jan 2015 (11:59pm) .Entries must be submitted from a valid Facebook. To participate, entrant must unlock his/her Facebook account before posting. Entries with false, incomplete, private or originating from any other entries will not be accepted and will be disqualified. The Highest Like with a minimum 50 Like will win a VIVO Smartphone. Oriental Daily SDN BHD has the right to disqualify any entries which is considered inappropriate, violent or offensive. Only eligible entries actually received in compliance with the giveaway period, will be included in the drawing for prizes. No automatic, programmed, robotic, third party or similar means of entry are permitted and Oriental Daily SDN BHD reserves the right to disqualify any individual using such a method. Oriental Daily SDN BHD is not responsible for late, illegible, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, misdirected, technically corrupted or garbled entries, which will be disqualified, or for problems of any kind, whether mechanical, human or electronic.
· WINNER NOTIFICATION: All potential winners will be announced on (27th Jan 2015 - 28th Jan 2015), approximately in between 12PM - 3PM after the potential winners are selected. With respect to any winning entry, the winner may be required to provide with proof that the entrant is the registered account holder of the Facebook account associated with the winning entry. Prizes will be forfeited should there be no response 24 hours after the winner is chosen. Prizes to be claim during the Oriental Daily Chinese New Year fair 2015. The decision of Oriental Daily SDN BHD is final conclusive and binding. No further correspondence will be entertained.
· PRIZE(s): Potential winner will receive: one (1) winner will receive one (1) code to redeem VIVO Smartphone. Total will have Three (3) Winners. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. The prizes must be accepted as awarded and entrants hereby acknowledge that Oriental Daily SDN BHD has neither made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the prizes, including, without limitation, to the prize's quality, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose or express warranties (if any) provided exclusively by a prize supplier that are sent along with the prize. No substitution allowed; the prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash or exchanged for any other goods. Unclaimed prizes will be forfeited.
· GENERAL: By participating in the Giveaway, the entrant fully and unconditionally agrees and accepts the Giveaway terms and conditions. Entrants who do not comply with these terms and conditions, or attempt to interfere with the giveaway in any way, shall be disqualified. · RIGHT TO CANCEL OR SUSPEND GIVEAWAY: If for any reason the giveaway is not capable of running as planned, due to infection by computer virus, bugs, worms, Trojan horses, denial of service attacks, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond control of Oriental Daily SDN BHD that corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this giveaway, Oriental Daily SDN BHD reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual(s) who tamper with the entry process, and/or to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the giveaway.
